The Kartuska is a "gem" of a river. Rainbows run thick here and at a high concentration per mile. There is not much braiding and wading is very favorable. If you enjoy a clear moving stream teaming with fish and unexpected elegant landscapes this is your river, the kartuska.

trip begins deep in remote mountains floating and fishing through
a tight valley. Downhill with class 2 and 3 rapids we discover
