to end, the King Salmon float trip originates beside Wood-Tikchik
State Park. After Animals that can be seen include; grizzly bears, moose, caribou, wolves, lynx and porcupine. There are many bird species including Bald Eagle, Peregrine Falcons, Crowned Sparrow, shorebirds, Osprey and various waterfowl. Fishing is great in the crystal clear waters for, Arctic Char, Arctic Grayling, Rainbow Trout, King Salmon, Chum Salmon, Sockeye Salmon, and Silver Salmon.
