Ouzel's trips originate in Petropavlovsk, Kamchatka. We meet you there. There are direct flights from Anchorage to Petropavlovsk, Kamchatka this summer with Yakutia Airlines.

 Schedule for our 7 day trips: 

Wednesday: Arrive in Anchorage. Spend the night. Thursday at 6:40 am depart Anchorage with Yakutia Airlines.

Arrive Friday four hours later at 8:00 am in Petropavlovsk after crossing the dateline. Get your bags and clear customs. We helicopter to the river and get fishing right away. We’re on the river on our adventure!

Daily Schedule: Coffee at 7, breakfast shortly.  Pack your bags and show your guide where they are. You can take off, fishing down river. Soon, camp is packed up by the guides. Your raft and guide is back with you.  We put two guests per raft with a highly trained guide. You wade and float leisurely down the river fishing your way through islands and back sloughs.

Thursday: On the last day you can fish till the helicopter gets there. As the chopper sets down in our final camp, you will have experienced the trip of a lifetime in Kamchatka! Helicopter back to Petropavlovsk. Your flight home is at 8 pm and you arrive 4 hours later back in Anchorage at 4:10 am Thursday the same day. You’ve crossed the International Date Line.

      Dates from Anchorage Alaska back to Anchorage, Thursday to Thursday:

July 12-19, July 19-26, July 26- Aug 2, Aug 2-9, Aug 9-16, Aug 16-23, Aug 23– 30, Aug 30– Sept 6, Sept 6-13.

This schedule puts you in Kamchatka Friday through Thursday.

There are many ways to get to Kamchatka. The Moscow route has the most options. You can get to Moscow 7 days a week and from there on to Kamchatka. Aeroflot and Transaero fly 7 days a week from Moscow to Petropavlovsk, weekends there are 3 flights a day.

Many airlines fly to Seoul Korea. From Seoul you can fly to Vladivostok or Khabarovsk then to Petropavlovsk. There are direct flights from Beijing, China to Petropavlovsk one day a week. You may experience overnights along the way from any direction.
